June 18,1989

Today marks my 21st birthday. Lots of growth has occurred. From traveling to DC, to falling in love, to doing A.F.F.Y's summer program , to doing a hunger strike for Dream Act, to helping with She's So Fresh,to being in the Vagina Monologue, to tattoing my arm with a boom box..ahh its a lot of amazing days that I have lived. I can't stress enough how much it has meant for me to have so many great individual in my life.Thank you, your support has given me additional strength, your love has maintain my sanity. Thank you all for making my 21st year in this earth a great adventure. Sincerely,



PS: when i blow my candles away, I will be wishing for the passage of the Dream Act :)
