Filipinas for Rights and Empowerment/GABRIELA USA and M.I.S.S present HEARTS + MINDS featuring performances by ROCKY RIVERA (www.rockyrivera.com) and Mala Reignz (www.malareignz.com). DJ Roza and our homies from The Elite Camp will be holding it down throughout the evening.
